Business/Features/Year-end accounts

Statutory accounts built from your own books, ready to read before anything is filed.

Accounts production takes your reconciled books through set up, generate, and review and file. You read the full and filleted accounts, with last year beside this year, before anything goes to Companies House.

Year-end accounts and Corporation Tax are a £149 a year add-on to Business Pro, and included in Autopilot.

The year-end checks come first, then the accounts.

Depreciation, prepayments, directors’ loans, dividends, capital allowances and stock each show whether they are complete or need action. Then the Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Directors’ Report and Notes to Accounts are drawn up under FRS 105 or FRS 102 Section 1A.

  • Last year's figures sit beside this year's on every statement.
  • Download the full or filleted accounts as PDF or iXBRL, or as Excel and Word.

The Corporation Tax follows from the same accounts.

The computation starts from your profit before tax and shows each step: what is added back, what is deducted, capital allowances, losses and reliefs, then the tax.

  • The CT600 has its own pages for capital allowances, chargeable gains, loss relief and group relief.
  • Your accountant can be given access to review the accounts and approve them.
