Business includes Personal.
For every director.

Accounting software stops at the company door and leaves you to work out what any of it meant for you. Ours does not, and the part that crosses the line is not an upgrade. It is the reason the product exists.

The small print, said out loud

What “includes Personal” actually means

Not a trial, not a limited version, and not one shared login. A real Personal Premium workspace each, private from the company and private from each other.

Who gets one

Every director and shareholder on the company record. A two-director company with both spouses on the share register gets four. You already tell us who they are, because dividends and the loan account depend on it.

What they can see

Their own finances, and nothing of anyone else's. The company sees none of it either. The connected view only appears for the person who owns both sides.

Where the limit sits

There is not one. Every bank connection a director makes is absorbed by the company subscription, personal accounts included. Feeds cost us real money, so this is a deliberate decision rather than an oversight, and it is the clearest reason to put the personal side on the company plan rather than buying it separately.

If the company stops subscribing, each person keeps their Personal workspace on the free tier. Their data is theirs, and we are not going to hold it hostage to get a renewal.

What you get for nothing extra

Three answers no accounting package can give you.

Not because they are hard to compute, but because the data lives on both sides of a line most software refuses to cross.

Before you take a dividend

Declare it in Business and your Personal workspace has already worked out what it does to your tax band, while you can still change the amount or the date.

One net worth, not two

What the company is worth sits inside your household total, with the working shown, instead of being a number you carry around in your head.

One tax position

Salary, dividends, rent and savings modelled together, because HMRC adds them together and a company-only tool cannot.

Included, not sold separately

Pay for a workspace and the API comes with it.

What you are subscribing to is the ledger. The API is how your own software reaches it, so charging twice for the same thing never made sense to us.

  • Full REST API on every paid workspace
  • MCP endpoint, so agents can read the books and prepare work
  • Draft, issue, approve and deliver are separate calls, so nothing sends itself
  • Sandbox and scoped keys included
For builders
API only
£19.99per month
Plus VAT
Five bank feeds included, then £1 per feed per month.

The ledger and the API, without the filing modules. No VAT returns, no corporation tax, no accounts submissions. For developers and agent builders who want the data model and will build the rest themselves.

Before you commit

The pricing questions people actually ask. If yours is not here, ask us before you pay rather than after.

Because you might not have a company. Personal standalone is for employees, freelancers who have not incorporated, and household members who are not on the share register. It is a complete product, not a downgrade.

Start on the free tier.

Add the company when it earns it.

No card for the free tier. Cancel a paid workspace whenever you like.
